Bulgarian Physics Education (Bulg. Phys. Edu.) published by the Union of the Physicists in Bulgaria in partnership with the Heron Press Ltd. is the journal for everyone involved with the teaching of physics in schools and colleges.

The articles reflect the needs and interests of secondary school teachers, teacher trainers and those involved with courses up to introductory undergraduate level. With a focus on the scholarship of teaching, the journal seeks to generate discussion and promulgate sustainable, long-term changes in educational research, policy and practice. Quite a wide range of pedagogical subject matter is acceptable for publication.

The main criterion for inclusion is that an article be in some way directly and broadly connected to the preparation of high school and/or middle school physics teachers.
